MORTGAGE AGENT
Location: Ontario Reports To: Suzanne Boyce
Key Accountabilities / Activities:
The successful applicant will contribute to the overall success of The Personal Mortgage Group by working in a team environment selling mortgages from a variety of lenders.
This is a commission sales position; the mortgage agent’s primary objective is to cultivate the existing mortgage referral network. Experienced agents in the industry average six figure incomes.
Qualifications:
- Mortgage Brokering 101 or IMBA Mortgage Agent Course (completed or enrolled in)
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Effective listening skills and ability to sell direct
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experienced in sales with proven strong closing skills
- Professional telephone manner
- High level of integrity
